Where can I buy a ticket?
We are focusing on our "Crowdfunding" campaign which includes Tickets to our supporters. Individual ticket sales will be available after the campaign has ended. We highly advise you check and support us so that we can bring a cultural program at the event. Click here to learn more.
Can I volunteer at Japan Food Fest?
Absolutely! The 5th edition is our biggest yet and would need as much help as we can get. If you love Japanese food, culture, events, or simply want to be part of an exciting community, we’d love to have you on board!

Is there parking at the venue?
We highly advise to take public transportation as the venue is a 5 minute walk from Oerlikon Bahnhof. Several Paid parking houses are also available around the area.
Can I participate as a stand at Japan Food Fest?
Stand applications for Japan Food Fest Zürich in April is closed. If you would like to be in our Stand Contact List for future events, please send us an email.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a leash and positioned where it is not in the way of guests or staff and where nobody can step on it. Note that venue will be very crowded.
Are there vegetarian/vegan options?
Yes! We encourage our food stands to have vegetarian and vegan options. The full list of vegetarian and vegan options will be shared in the "Food & Exhibitors" page closer to the event day. Note: Please make sure to ask the server about the ingredients and allergens.
Why is the main language of this event in English?
This event aims to reach everyone who loves Japanese food – may it be Swiss, Japanese or from anywhere around the world. To reach everyone, all communication is done in English.
