Japan Food Fest Zug is free entrance for everyone! There a no tickets sold for this edition.
Yes, the event will take place even if in bad weather. The venue is fully outdoor. Guests will have covered dining areas in case of bad weather. The event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
Yes, several Paid parking houses are also available around the area. We highly advise to take public transportation as the venue is a 10 minute walk from Zug Bahnhof or taking a bus to "Postplatz" stop.
Yes, We encourage our food stands to have vegetarian and vegan options. The full list of vegetarian and vegan options will be shared in the "Event Booklet" available at the event. Note: Please make sure to ask the server about the ingredients and allergens.
Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a leash and positioned where it is not in the way of guests or staff and where nobody can step on it. Note that venue will be very crowded.
Most vendors accept card payments, and some may also accept cash. Availability of payment methods may vary by vendor.
This event aims to reach everyone who loves Japanese food – may it be Swiss, Japanese or from anywhere around the world. To reach everyone, all communication is done in English.
