What is Japan Food Fest?
Japan Food Fest is a passion project that started small in 2022 in Zug and has now grown into a three-day food festival in the center of Zürich. Held last Easter, April 3-5 2026, for 3 days, visitors explored Japanese street food and discovered cultural experiences. We are proud to share that the event is currently the only Japanese food focused event in Switzerland and the largest Japanese festival in Zürich.
On the latst edition - we're excited to to have had expanded the event to more than just food. We gave more focus on Japanese culture, art, and culinary traditions through hands-on workshops. From cooking classes to craft, art, and traditional Japanese practices like matcha and tea ceremony.
